The Challenge

In a commodity business like garment supply, margins are thin and competitors rely on cutting prices to win clients. How does a company stand out from the crowd and escape the price-cutting game?


The Approach

After surveying the market, we found none of the competition had invested in building their brands, freeing us to pursue any strategy that most aligned with Chop Chop's vision. We developed a light and friendly brand personality, identified Chop Chop's mission and hidden brand stories, and crafted Khmer-first messaging.


The Result

Chop Chop found that having good service generates customers, but a having good brand generates advocates. Chop Chop became Cambodia's most recognized B2B garment supplier, and secured contracts with Cellcard, World Vision, Footprints schools, Lucky Supermarkets, Truemoney, and more.
