The Challenge

The European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia needed to convince its members—who already pay yearly dues—to give additional funds and become "annual sponsors." The assigment was to create a compelling PDF pitch deck that could be emailed to all members.


The Approach

We knew that EuroCham's members would likely not read a proposal deck full of text, so we highlighted the primary benefit of sponsorship—12 months of steady brand exposure—with simple, visually compelling slides that employed variations of the following strategies:

  1. Prominent placement of professional, but candid event photos that happened to capture previous EuroCham conference attendees noticing annual sponsors' logos on event materials and displays

  2. Easy-to-grasp infographics showing the impact and reach of EuroCham's various digital comms channels, and connecting that potential reach to the readers' company or brand


The Result

That year, EuroCham saw the largest annual sponsorship earnings in their history.
